You own a three-decker in Manchester's Rimmon Heights. One unit is empty, one tenant is behind on rent, and the porches need work you can't afford this year. You'd rather sell to a local buyer than list it. When you look up Altitude House Buyers Manchester NH reviews, you also keep seeing a Nashua company, IPS Cash.
Both have a street address in southern New Hampshire. Altitude is on Elm Street in Manchester, and IPS Cash is on Temple Street in Nashua. What they publish about themselves is quite different, though. This comparison sticks to their own sites, the BBB and review pages we could check in October 2026.
IPS Cash has bought New Hampshire houses since 2016. Owner and CEO Joe Theriault started it to help families sell inherited homes, and the legal name, Inherited Property Solutions LLC, still says so. The BBB rates the company A+ and lists it as accredited since 2024. On Google, IPS Cash shows 4.8 stars from 172 reviews (October 2026), and you can read them yourself.
Manchester is one of its regular markets. Its Manchester page mentions "Two families in a three decker" among the houses it buys, and it lists towns from Hooksett and Goffstown to Bedford and Londonderry. Per IPS Cash's Manchester page, as of September 5, 2026, 11 Manchester sales in June closed all-cash, about one in 13. So a cash sale there is common enough, though far from the norm. You won't pay commissions or fees. IPS Cash covers closing costs and builds them into its offer, and you can leave behind what you don't want.
Real sellers back up the process. Charles Falardeau wrote on Google, "I sold my home to them and they performed exactly the way they said they would." Traci went further: "I've actually sold two houses to IPS and both transactions went smoothly and quickly as promised."
Altitude House Buyers lists its office at 1045 Elm St, Suite 204, in Manchester. Its About page calls it "a family-owned enterprise," though no owner is named anywhere we looked. The site gives no founding year. It names 60 New Hampshire towns, including Nashua, Hudson, Merrimack, Salem and Concord, which is the longest town list we found from any buyer.
Altitude has some clear pluses. It names mobile homes, duplexes and condos among the properties it buys. Its homepage says, "We'll give you cash without charging any fees." The FAQ adds that "there are NO fees or commissions involved when you sell directly to us" and that "we often cover the closing costs."
Now to Altitude House Buyers Manchester NH reviews. We found no rating or review count on Altitude's site, and no BBB profile turned up in our search. Its ProvenExpert page showed zero reviews, with the profile active since March 2024. That doesn't mean Altitude does poor work. It means you have less public record to check, so ask for seller references.
A few loose ends showed up as well. The About page has an unfinished line that reads "located in , driven by." The homepage says Altitude buys "in all 50 states," while the rest of the site lists only New Hampshire towns. Ask whether it buys out-of-state homes itself or passes those leads to someone else. A February 2026 press release says Altitude is "typically completing transactions in a matter of days rather than months."
IPS Cash says it aims to get a cash offer to you within about 24 hours, most often after its team has walked the house. Altitude's FAQ doesn't give an offer turnaround. Ask how long it takes.
Both prices start with a look at the house, and a first price isn't always the final one. A few IPS Cash sellers have reported a lower price after an inspection. Ask both companies what could change the price, how long the inspection window runs, and what cancellation rights each side has.
Altitude's homepage says a seller with clear title can "sell your house fast for cash in five days." Its FAQ is more cautious: "Typically, we aim to close transactions within a month," and sometimes in "as little as two or three weeks." IPS Cash can close in as little as 7 days or wait until a date up to about 60 days away, with an occupancy agreement available if you need to stay.
Both buy as-is. IPS Cash also says you can skip the cleaning and leave unwanted items in the house. Altitude's pages don't cover belongings, so ask.
Altitude's town list covers much of southern and central New Hampshire. IPS Cash buys statewide, with the most activity in Hillsborough, Rockingham and Merrimack counties. It also buys in eastern and central Massachusetts and southern Maine, and it takes land as well as mobile homes.
Both say no fees and no commissions. IPS Cash covers closing costs inside its offer. Altitude says it "often" covers them. Get a net sheet from each.

Altitude may suit you if you want a Manchester office close to home and your town is on its long list. It's also worth a call if you have a duplex or mobile home and want a second offer.
IPS Cash suits the seller who wants a long public record before signing anything. You can read its Google reviews, check its BBB file and see who owns the company. Its inherited-property roots help with estates, and its date range helps when tenants need time to move.
If Altitude puts a term in writing that you like, such as a firm closing cost policy, ask IPS Cash to put the same term in its agreement.
If Altitude House Buyers Manchester NH reviews turned up little for you, that's because there's little published to read. IPS Cash gives you a named owner, an A+ BBB file, and years of seller reviews from a Nashua office. Start there, ask the questions above, and compare any offer you get with a clear head.
